Processes which involve decision finding and making, changes and conflicts of interest need moderation.

 

Sometimes an internal moderation by supervisors/employees, or by quality/environment management delegates is sufficient. Often, however, a neutral external moderation can contribute enormously to the effectiveness of the process, and thus instigate better and quicker results.
