Self-Assessments with different Sustainability Checks (xNCs)
Self-assessments with different sustainability checks help businesses or organisations to find out about their current situation. Sustainable business means to work economically efficient, ecologically and socially responsible whilst understanding how to create value for different stakeholders in order to be permanently successful.
The three pillars of sustainability have to be transferred to businesses and organisations. Therefore, our sustainability checks include questions from the following list of topics or similar:
- Corporate mission and strategy
- Finances and risks
- Management and organisation
- Globalisation
- Regional responsibility
- Personnel
- Qualification
- Products and services
- Processes
- Cooperation
- Communication
These topics enable a holistic analysis of your business? sustainability. The questions rather focus on accomplishment and implementation than on indices or quotas (see enabler-questions within the EFQM-model).
The evaluation of the questions is carried out with qualitative, detailed options for answers or scales of points. The analysis of the topics and the strengths and potentials for improvement concludes the first phase. In the second phase, the focus is on finding and planning measures.
Besides specific adaptations of the questionnaires for your very business, we have general and industry-specific questionnaires on hand.
